Andrea Dean LLC is a single member LLC, therefore my business vision,
mission and values are closely aligned with my personal vision, mission
and values.
Mission
- To help business, government, community and individuals adopt a “quadruple bottom line” approach to working and living. The quadruple bottom line incorporates strategies that nurture people, ‛aina, spirit and finances into all aspects of working and living.
- To support business people, social entrepreneurs, eco entrepreneurs, environmentalists, artists, dancers, poets, musicians, writers, broadcasters, athletes, politicians, and other cultural creatives in achieving their goals, rooted in a strong personal foundation and environmental ethic.
- To communicate through: writing (books, articles, blogging), public speaking, podcasts, webcasts, television, workshops and informally connecting.
Vision
- Andrea Dean LLC is a profitable communications, coaching and consulting company that guides individuals and people in business towards living more satisfying and sustainable satisfying lives (with a focus on people, planet and the underlying spiritual power.)
- I, and the people who work with me, have a great balance of work and play. The work itself is fun and deeply satisfying and our clients are people who we respect, learn from, and enjoy working with.
- The multi-media communications aspect of the business engages people around issues of nature, spirit and people with candor, humor and intelligence.
- The coaching aspect of the business is a powerful catalyst for individual and social change, empowering people to develop and achieve their own goals based upon their values.
- The consulting aspect of the business helps businesses to implement people and earth friendly strategies with tangible results.

- I believe that the same unseen beauty flows through us and all the living things of earth.
- Business activities which connect people to: themselves, others, their communities, and the ‛aina, are the kinds of endeavors in which I want to participate.
- I seek to inspire, stimulate creative thought, and encourage people to connect with each other, themselves, nature and God (the cosmic creator, divine mother, heavenly father, God, highest nature- whatever you want to call it and however you perceive it).
- I believe in being a creative, easy and prolific creator- I dream it, live it and share it.
